Myth buster: How to do a ‘Total Transformation’ the better way

This all makes a lot of good sense and I’d love to be able to change in small steps (and I do need to change in some ways). I signed up to the YOU-app yesterday and today I have time to do the small actions, think about things, read this article, all because I’m off work sick for a couple of days. I don’t know how I will fit this in beside the short daily yoga and meditation practice that I’m trying to establish once I’m back at work with a long commute every day and trying to get a good night’s sleep! But for now I’m grateful!
