Could this mystical mountain in Serbia actually be a pyramid frequented by aliens?
Near the town of Boljevac stands a mountain, with the highest peak exceeding 1,500 meters. Rtanj is a part of the Carpathian Mountains, mainly composed of sandstone and rocks, which can explain its pyramidical shape.
But that didn't stop the speculations. Whether Rtanj is a mountain or a pyramid is a question that has baffled locals, tourists, and always active conspiracy theorists for decades.
The prevailing opinion is that it is hollow in the middle, which is obviously where aliens and the Illuminati have their get-togethers. The fact that Rtanj contains numerous springs, pits, and caves doesn't help.
Myths and legends rank Rtanj as the number one mystical location in Serbia, which had a particularly favorable effect on tourism in this area.
It is believed that Rtanj interferes with technology and that the one who enters it becomes unstable. This is, allegedly, the reason why all potential entrances to the pyramid are closed.
