• Valid for all Qatar Airways Flights, cabin class and fares only bought either directly from the airline or via travel agents.
• If you have made Qatar Airways Flights reservation via a travel agent, kindly contact the travel agent to modify your reservation or exchange your ticket for a travel voucher.
• If you have made Qatar Airways Flights reservation on qatarairways.com or via any of their offices, you can easily exchange or re-book your ticket for a travel voucher by contacting any of their offices or their Contact Center.
• Rebooking fees will be not claimed if the booking is modified at least 3 days before departure (for travel on/before 30 September 2020).

Travel voucher

• The voucher is non-transferable, non–refundable and is only valid for future traveling through Qatar Airways Flights and/or Qatar’s subsidiary services if requested at least 3 days before departure.
• If your ticket is entirely unused, the entire equal amount will be transferred on a non- refundable travel voucher valid within 12 months from the issuance date of the voucher.
• If your ticket is partly used, the unused amount will be transferred on a non- refundable travel voucher valid within 12 months from the issuance date of the voucher.
• The 10% extra amount will be added on the unused base fare of the flight ticket firstly paid and remains non-refundable.

Refunds

• If your flight has been disrupted or canceled: all appropriate fines shall be lift-off if cancellations take place before departure.
• If your flight has not been disrupted or canceled, any applicable penalties will be applied as per the appropriate fare rules of the fare paid.
• The refund amount will be credited using the original form of payment used to purchase the ticket.
