Typically, the people who aren’t very efficient with their time(or very good at time boxing) end up working longer hours. For the short-sighted — this looks like dedication. But don’t worry! There are those of us out there who look at someone working late, and think, “How are they not done yet? do we need to hire someone to help them? Are they the right person for the job?”. Dedication can take many forms, long hours may not be the indicator.
