Here, your dreams and goals take birth.

I found the need for journaling when I was in my early teens. It helped to put different thoughts in one place.

Here are a few things you will gain through journaling:-

  1. Health Record:- you can have a health journal record your diet plans, and exercise regime and track your progress. Now-a days there are journal apps too, but I like the traditional way of journaling with paper and pen.

2. Self-reflection: The mind produces continuous thoughts on a loop, creating confusion, leading to anxiety, overwhelm, and procrastination. By pouring your thoughts on a piece of paper, pads off and a burden from your mind. so that you can reflect, analyze and organise your thoughts and emotions.

3. Goals/ Dreams holder:- Your journal diary is a sacred place where you jot down your goals and dreams. You can write down creative ideas and write actionable steps to achieve them. People also use journaling to follow daily rituals like manifest and gratitude writing.

Finally journaling can be a calm and relaxing experience if you use it to write your thoughts, emotions and experiences that made you vulnerable.

So, what’s your way of journaling, tell me in the comments below.

Until next time…/

Bye.
