Michigan State Spartans breaks the internet as people squint at neon green uniforms

The Michigan State Spartans made everyone squint the other night when they sported a set of loud neon green uniforms in their home game against Maryland Terrapins. Twitter was far from impressed on the whole, over run with horror comments in a matter of minutes.

Players being covered from head to toe in neon green is unprecedented in college basketball, which really begs the question of… why? It’s not difficult to design sports uniforms. Hell, there is no shortage of websites out there that can help you do it.

What made the scene all the more nuts was all the fans in the front sections of the arena wearing the same neon green shirts… the whole place seemed like it was just a crazy sea of green.
