My first year of varsity basketball, my coach wanted to buy us new uniforms and elaborate spirit packs. But our basketball budget was too small to buy everything we needed. Basketball scoreboard Coach didn’t want to ask the players to pay out of pocket, so he began searching for a way to raise more funds. Once our coach got a digital scorer’s table, I noticed our program improving almost immediately. The cash brought in from table allowed our local sponsors, parents, and grandparents to show support for our team by buying ads that ran during our games. Honestly, it helped amplify the overall atmosphere in the gym. These tables allowed us to purchase new uniforms, team shoes, warm ups, and a spirit pack full of shirts and cool gear completely paid for. After the first couple years, our team raised so much money we even had the ability to help fund other sports at our school!

In practice, one of the most beneficial features was watching film on our digital scorer’s table. This allowed us to break down film on the court and fix our mistakes instantly. Critiquing film is a crucial part of team development and the digital scorer’s table gave us a more efficient way to improve on our mistakes. Not only could we fix these mistakes using the scorer’s table, but we could also watch and learn new plays and drills. To help with our fundamental skills, our coach was finally able to buy us a shooting machine from the proceeds from the same scorer’s table. We used the shooting machine so much that he bought another one the following year. I remember my teammates and I thought it was really cool Basketball scorer’s table to have our face, name, and number on the screen when the announcer called out starting lineups. It highlighted each player, making the atmosphere even more exciting.

The growth in our budget gave our team opportunities that we had never had before. One of my favorite memories was taking a team trip to an NBA game and staying in a hotel overnight. This trip helped my teammates develop a bond that we couldn’t get anywhere else. This break from all the long practices, sprints, and drills was a great way for us all to relax and create friendships that will last a lifetime. None of this would have been possible if we didn’t increase fundraising and gain more support from our sponsors. Basketball table our program went from old fashioned and boring, to fun, exciting, and some of the best years of my life. The table definitely made a huge impact on our team and my experience as high school basketball player. If your team is looking for a fundraiser, call Boostr today.
