As a parent, I will fully admit to feeling heartbroken to reach the bottom and learn this isn’t a real thing. I’ve been saying since before I even had kids that the way education has evolved in much of the West has been a complete disconnect from how humans actually learn—it’s not uncommon for me to hear my peers complain of their kindergarteners sent home with a half hour’s homework *nightly* or how the aspect of play has been stripped from primary school. I wish this was a real school. We need schools like this.
