Ingredients:
20 ml light Rum
20 ml vodka
15 ml blue Curaçao
90 ml pineapple juice (unsweetened)
30 ml Sour Mix
Ice (crushed and solid)
Steps:
- Start by adding vodka, light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and sweet-and-sour mix into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass on crushed ice.
- Garnish with sliced orange or pineapple to the rim of the glass to give it that tropical feel.
- Pierce the maraschino cherry with a paper parasol (umbrella) while letting it sit freely on the glass.
