This would be the perfect solution.

But usually your backlog of bugs + incoming urgent bugs exceeds the capacity of your “first response” team and work will have to be done by regular teams.

My concern is that a 6 weeks content of Bugs and “Problems” (roadmap) with priority without having a real time estimation (even a rough one) could miss goals that were set by the company.

Go to market features, customer commitments and general product maintenance can’t be managed by this type of process.

I would say that this a good solution a process for young startups that have very focused goals and very product oriented and not to companies that as you said already have product market fit.
