You are talking in a scope of one problem for 6 weeks. what happens if you have a lot of problems to solve? what if each team has more than 3 problems to solve together with multiple bugs in the system? either way you will need to create internal sprints as you said inside this 6 weeks and then you go back to the same agile 2 weeks sprints.
