KuCoin is extremely proud to announce yet another great project coming to our trading platform. On February 2nd , 2018 BOScoin (token: BOS) will join our list of tradable tokens.

KuCoin traders will have access to BOS/BTC and BOS/ETH trading pairs upon listing.

Users can start depositing and withdrawals on KuCoin February 2nd , 2018 at 18:00 (UTC +8), and trading BOS on KuCoin February 2nd, 2018 at 21:00 (UTC +8).

As you may be aware, it has taken some time for us to be listed — last week we flew our team Yezune and Hankyeol to China to provide assistance to the KuCoin team. During our trip our local BOScoin supporter Illusion provided us with great help.

The KuCoin team did a wonderful job at integrating us into their exchange where you can now trade via their site!

BOScoin is currently available for trade with BTC and ETH!

KuCoin

Although our listing on KuCoin has only been up, we have seen some good volume at USD 4.5M in the first day.

At the time of writing, BOS is currently trading at about BTC: 0.70USD; and ETH: 0.70USD, totalling to about a market cap of USD350M. On CoinMarketCap, this would take us to just outside the top 50 cryptocurrencies.

We understand there are still some fixes minor fixes to ensure our market cap is correctly reported and look to have this fixed.

As previously mentioned, we owe our great community for their ongoing support to help us list onto KuCoin — the lucky draw members provided once more below will receive their BOS within 24hrs.

Listing on KuCoin is only the first stepping stone to expanding the BOScoin environment, and will not stop here. We are continually speaking to exchanges to further our reaches of BOScoin so be sure to keep an eye out for the next exchange listing, hopefully sooner!

As always, we appreciate the conitnued support from the community and look to reach more milestones together!

Development Update

BOSnet work has been ongoing for the developers. Due to the technically advanced technologies we are building into the blockchain, the development team has divided several iterations to interrogate difficult components of the blockchain including the Trust Contract, Consensus Algorithm, Quorum Intersection, Bad Validators, Faulty Nodes to name a few.

These iterations aren’t necessarily broken down week by week but the past week was focused on;

- faulty nodes of known and unknown kinds -

  • known — node unreachable, no voting, divergent voting, duplicated messages, state regression
  • unknown — slow response, too many messages.

- processing of faulty nodes

- minimum threshold of consensus (eg. 68% for Stellar)

This week is focused on Consensus and Trust Contract, including;

- testing fault tolerance and liveliness

- interrogate the node/quorum configuration and consensus process

- testing the deterministic behaviour of the Trust Contracts

- interrogating the data on the blockchain, i.e. storage
