TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and the Prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over only.
3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
4. The winner must provide documents including the address and name of the workplace to which the prize will be delivered, and confirmation , from an authorised person at the workplace that they consent to accept the prize.
5. The promotion commences on 24/06/2022 and closes at 11:59pm on 31/07/2022 (“Promotion Period”).
6. To enter, individuals must be following the Instagram account @SuntoryBOSSCoffeeANZ and also be signed up to the Suntory BOSS Coffee newsletter HERE including the name of the workplace where they would like the prize to be delivered.
7. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person with different email addresses will result in all of those entries being disqualified. Multiple entries from different people for one company/business are allowed.
8. Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this competition will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received, not the time the entry is submitted by an entrant.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an entrant are reserved.
10. The winner will be randomly chosen by the Promoter from all eligible entries submitted during the Promotion Period. The winner will be announced via social media on @SuntoryBOSSCoffeeANZ on 01/08/2022 and contacted by the Promoter within (2) business days via the winner’s email address provided.
11. The prize consists of 300 cans of Suntory Boss Coffee, which will be supplied to the winner’s workplace in a vending machine (dimensions 200 x 83 x 110) (‘Prize’). The vending machine does not form part of the Prize, and remains the property of the Promoter. Depending on the address and location of the winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withhold delivery of the vending machine if the address is deemed unsuitable for delivery. If the winner’s address is deemed unsuitable by either party, the winner will receive the Prize, excluding the delivery of the vending machine. This decision will be made at the discretion of the Promoter. If the address is deemed suitable, the vending machine will be delivered within a 1 month period following the winner announcement. The winner is not responsible for any delivery costs, or additional costs of receiving the prize. The vending machine will be collected by the Promoter no later than [one] month from the date of delivery. The total prize is valued at over $2,500. If COVID restrictions result in the vending machine being unable to be delivered in a safe manner, the Winner will receive the prize of 300 cans of Suntory BOSS Coffee. No further agreements will be negotiated in relation to the prize.
12. The winner cannot change the creative on the vending machine.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for how the Prize is allocated or distributed once it has been delivered to the winner’s nominated workplace.

15. The Prize is not transferable or changeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the winner cannot accept or take part in the Prize for any reason, the winner will forfeit the Prize, and no compensation will be payable.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of this promotion (including any prize or term) at any time in its sole discretion.
17. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
18. If for any reason a winner does not claim the Prize before 08/08/2022, then the Prize will be forfeited without compensation and the next suitable entrant will be contacted.
19. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
20. All decisions made by the Promoter its employees or agents are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this Promotion and for future promotional purposes. For the purposes of notifying the winner and facilitating redemption of the Prize, the Promoter may pass the winner’s personal details to their agencies and other associated organisations. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from being able to receive a Prize. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter. Under the Privacy Act 1988, entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information.
