Yea I’ve looked at OCaml and also F# which has a seemingly great JS target called Fable that also has a port of the elm architecture. But they just seem not great at the end of the day :(

Elm doesn’t really just work if it compiles though, that’s the point of my article. It is lacking some basic features to be able to handle more things at compile time. And it’s not because it’s not possible, because the compiler has the data already.
