What a great post, I loved it! Really enjoyed the TED video you recommend. I find that by prioritising and doing things I like, I tend to procrastinate a lot less. Over time, I’ve also realised that if I don’t do what I’m meant to do, I feel down and slightly angry at myself. Whereas if I get things done, I feel happy and proud; I like that sense of achievement. Thanks for the resources too :)
