Being black is just one of many things that requires one to be 200% better. I’m a programmer of 25 years with no formal IT education. That requires me to be AT LEAST 200% better. But as soon as I tell everyone, I move that bar to 400%. Be great. Tell no one. And as a white guy, I would suggest you not be so arrogant to believe you speak for an entire race of people. It’s really hard to keep fighting with someone who refuses to fight back.
