Really great. I think the idea of helping teams and stakeholders to inspire and manage change is one of the hardest parts of leadership. Last week I took part in the American Express Leadership Academy for non-profit leaders (amazing), and heard Jacqueline Novogratz, founder and CEO of Acumen, say that the key leadership task is to *release human energy*. Love the idea. So much of our organizations are designed to contain/constrain our team’s or our audience’s energy, rather than let it flow.
