Ectomorph Body Type

If you have an ectomorph body type, you may find it challenging to gain weight, but you are less likely to struggle with losing weight.

Mesomorph Body Type

Mesomorphs have a medium build with well-defined muscles. They tend to have a fast metabolism and can gain or lose weight relatively easily. If you have a mesomorph body type, you may find it easier to build muscle and lose weight.
