I consider myself experienced in product and business operations in several industries - automotive, energy, circular economy, and fintech.

However, I don't think that experience is a key advantage, because the technologies and tools we use now, we used only 20% of them 5 years ago, and it is more likely that we will use only 20% of them after 5 years.

This practically means that if we want to be in the course of the development process of humanity, we have to learn continuously and apply new technologies and tools.

I stick to that learning philosophy.

Soft skills are acquired through experience, it takes time, different situations, and different experiences. Yes, soft skills create advantages, shorten time, and bring profit.

In the last few years, in addition to my primary duties, I like to research the topic of cognitive training in athletes, but also the general cognitive development of each person.

This is a topic that interests me.

The mind has no limits. How much it is now used by all of us, is a big question!

I'm trying to find out more about it...
