Your stuff up there , however…A lot of it is really pretty damn spot on. And so very thorough. I’ve forwarded your article along to the rest of our team and we’re definitely reading through it. That’s not to say that we don’t have most of your problems on our list (our incredibly epic list which includes many many more issues similar to those you’ve articulated) — but it’s really good to have it re-articulated clearly and by someone — not on the team — who obviously cares a great deal.
