The health and shape of your body is a direct result of your current lifestyle.
True or False?
I’d say yes that’s true in most cases.
If the below statement sounds like you, Read on.
“I’m unhappy. I’m tired and have no energy. I don’t like how I look. I’m not comfortable with myself. I know I need to change but I’m not sure how to do it.”
The solution is actually quite simple and may be easier than you think.
You are probably stuck on a few bad habits that are wrecking havoc on your goals and progress.
The solution is a lifestyle change.
Don’t do what most people do. Dive in head first and try to change EVERYTHING all at once!
It’s highly unlikely that you will be able to last.
Please don’t fall for the latest “diet” and “newest ass kicking workout program.”
Most people gain all the weight back + more because the diet they were on was just UNREASONABLE.
Same for the workout plan.
The new workout program they tackled with all it’s shiny bells and whistles has them going balls to the wall non stop.
This isn’t reasonable, especially not if you’re just getting back in the game.
Stop with the nonsense. Stop looking for the newest fad. Stop with wanting your results RIGHT NOW!
Most things in life worth having require effort and sacrifice.
You’ve heard all this stuff before and you agree with it. I see you nodding your head.
Why haven’t you done it yet?
I think it comes down to 2 things.
1) Change is freaking SCARY
Greek philosopher Heraclitus said, “The only thing that is constant is change.”
We are always changing whether you like it or not.
Why fight it.
Embrace the change to make your life stronger, healthier, and happier.
2) Misinterpretation of Lifestyle
I think some people have the perception that a healthy lifestyle is being a crazy health nazi who lives in the gym and never eats junk food.
This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Most people view a lifestyle change as a dreadful experience and that’s not true.
It won’t be easy but will be the best thing you do for yourself.
How To Start?
The key is to start small and simple.
The key is to be consistent.
The key is moderation.
