White Paper
Triton’s white paper made strides this past week, with the team completing the Risks, Neptune, Proteus, and more of the Triton technicals section. The two major sections remaining are The Problem and The Solution. We are now at 83% complete and on track for a late June / early July release. We also completed a condensed version of the white paper that we will use as marketing material.
First Crypto Convention
Krakn will be at the Discover Blockchain Portland Convention on July 15th and represent the project at a crypto convention for the first time! We hope it is educational and fun while also providing an opportunity to talk about Triton to other crypto-enthusiasts. If you are attending please let us know!
Trading Frenzy
On June 21, 2018 we reached an all time high of $47,000 in volume and value of 450 satoshis. The price of TRIT nearly doubled in that one day alone. Over the most recent three days, TRIT has been on the front page of TradeOgre (for volume) and is challenging 400 satoshis. This is the first time in Triton’s short existence that we’ve had consistently strong volume. That is a great sign for the project!
Marketing
The Triton Team is working on some promotional gear to make available to the members of the community to purchase. We will have images posted soon, as well as links to purchase. The “swag” will have TRIT and BTC purchase options. We will provide more updates soon.
Our marketing campaigns have begun. We are in talks with a few streamers who will be accepting TRIT on their channels. These streamers will also be given some of the aforementioned promotional items to use on their channels. We will formally announce our promoted streamers soon and hope that you check out their work as they continue to grow and become members of the Triton Community.
On that note, we will also soon have a request option for some of our current community members to become sponsored streamers. Do you have a stream with a decent following? Keep this in mind and we will talk soon!
We added a media kit channel in Discord for anyone who wants to display our logos on their websites or channels. These downloads will also be available on our main website soon, along with our upcoming white paper and other business and marketing documents.

Network Health
Krakn has been working hard on the rebase to Monero’s code and now has the daemon syncing. Now he is creating a testnet for a few reasons. We need to test for bugs to ensure a smooth transition for the real net, and we are also testing a new CryptoNote algorithm that will be FPGA and botnet resistant. This will help secure us from being attacked in the future and will allow fair mining for our CPU/GPU community.
Statistics
As of 6/26/2018, the Triton blockchain had 122 miners on 9 active pools, and reached a block height of 50,330. Users have completed a total of 124,880 transactions, while miners have been rewarded with a total of 3.764M coins for their efforts, which brings the emission to 8.05% of the maximum supply.
TRIT trades on three exchanges and had the best weekly performance on TradeOgre, going for a high of 450 satoshis on 6.5 BTC/24hr volume. It also trades on Altex.Exchange and Crex24.
Our Discord community is now up to 736 members, Telegram has 156 members, and our Twitter account is up to 348 followers!
