Google has some prototypes that go 25mph on limited streets. And they have SUVs that do highways and urban streets, but not all. Now they are making minivans. It was never the goal to do all streets on day one, and anybody who looks at what the prototypes can do and presumes this describes the future form of the technology will make wrong conclusions.
