Excellent list. Several of the points resonate quite strongly with me in my current startup situation. The micromanagement point in particular. It absolutely demotivates team members. The point of building a team around you is to leverage THEIR strengths. When you micromanage, you put a cap on that potential. Not only that, micromanagement often leads to slower execution, if not total paralysis by analysis.
