The Demand and Value of ADM Token: Why is it Justified Better Than by Others?
There are very few tokens on the market I can call “utility”.
The token should provide its owner with some real-use features. Open the possibilities. Let use something, where the token is needed as the only acceptable unit. Provide with obvious benefits.
Here, ADM is exactly what I can call “utility-token”, the value of which is initially guaranteed by its environment. What’s more, I can explain why.
ADM exists in the blockchain of ADAMANT Messenger. A messenger that functions on the blockchain, as I wrote in the previous article.
In this network, each message is a transaction. Each transaction is a fee. Each fee is in ADM.
Thus, while messaging through ADAMANT, you always need some amount of ADM tokens on balance. It means, if more people will be messaging through ADAMANT Messenger apps, more people will need ADM — more people will buy ADM.
When a message goes, the fee in ADM is paid. So users will spend ADM and need to get more to continue the messenger’s usage. It creates a constant demand for ADM token on the market. Proportionally to the popularity of its product — ADAMANT Messenger.
One user — one buyer for bigger or smaller amounts of ADM. One more man on the market.
ADM is also used in a way of currency. It has a few seconds transactions with 0.5 ADM fees — another reason to have some ADM in a pocket.
By the way, ADM has the limited — maximal amount of issued units. Maximal supply for the token of ADAMANT is 200,000,000 ADM. Not an ant more.
With ADM you can also vote for block producers on ADAMANT Messenger blockchain. Respectively, ADM is mineable. But you don’t have to care about any servers or computing powers if you want to mine some of these.
ADAMANT applies a unique Fair DPoS consensus. So you should just vote for some “forging pool” and start receiving distributed ADM from forging of your delegate. There was an article from core devs on how to start staking at the pool.
It means, if more people will want to stake at the pool or vote for delegates, they’ll go to the market once more.
Thus, these are the major reasons why ADM is valuable, from the very conservative point of view.
Temporary, ADM is available on CoinMarketCap to track the rate. You can buy it through the official exchange point. But also on some of the very large exchanges.
