After a summer that tops the most nail-biting of legal thrillers, the big news came out a week ago. Against all odds, Elon Musk does now own Twitter. Albeit not the most profitable one, it is safe to say that Twitter is one of the most influential social media platforms in the modern world. In true fashion for someone who electrified much of our parking lots, Elon promised¹ to “help humanity” by transforming the blue bird into a “common digital town square”. With the new Chief Twit’s first week in office barely behind us, the main transformation we’ve seen so far appears to be his determination to live up to his promise.
