Hi Chris, great question. I think the harder your project, the more talented people you need. And the harder your project, the more long term it will become.
To your second question, whether it’s worth doing, it really depends on the person. I started off my journey with the same idea: build an easy solution to a problem and just get some passive income. What I’ve found is that there’s got to be something of a person-solution fit. We always talk about product-market fit, but we really leave out the personal side. If you’re not passionate about the project, any part of the project, than it’s not going to work.
That’s why I summed up those questions at the end: will working on this project bring you where you want to be? Or in there another way to get there faster?
