Why are we worshiping at the cult of hustle?
Jay Baer

I suspect every generation believes they’ve uncovered the real Secret(s) to Success (caps on purpose) and branded them accordingly with new jargon.

The only difference is, in this day and age, there’s a rush to own the domain — (literally, the .com or .io domain associated with the Secrets) publishing a series of eBooks on the Secret(s), founding the definitive conference, producing the podcast, and establishing oneself as the Guru behind said Secrets — before one has successfully run their profitable company for more than 5 years and can truly speak from years of experience.

But I’m with you, there are some core principles that have been necessary throughout time. Kind of funny to see how everyone clamors to lead the cult, though.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
