TIM CANOVA’S CLAIMS ON DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVE BRANDON NELSON AKA “DON FORD” ARE TRUE

Tim Canova recently made comments on #DemEnter strategist and actor Don Ford ranging from sabotaging campaigns to being a hired operative

Recently, attention was brought to Don Ford when he messaged a reporter from MCSC Network, Brandon DeGraff. Don Ford showed interest in sabotaging Tim Canova’s campaign and made a wild claim that he had an e-mail that could ruin Tim Canova. The reporter from MCSC Network pressed him for more information. Don Ford would call himself a “Dem Enter Strategist” and that all the trouble is coming from the Independents claiming they side to much with Republicans. He would later tell the reporter that Tim Canova wasn’t Progressive.

The following day, Tim Canova would make a statement about Don Ford:

“Those who looked into Don Ford have discovered his real name is Brandon Nelson, an actor hired by the Establishment to blow up progressive campaigns. My own interactions with him are consistent with such conclusions. I’ve seen him blow up 2 campaign and try to undermine 2 more including my own. Don’t trust him as for as you can throw him.”

Evidence shows Tim Canova was correct as Brandon Nelson worked on Mindi Messmer’s Campaign and on Stephanie Myers’ Campaign. Don Ford was fired from both campaigns. Stephen Jaffe would give a statement:

“Ford is still claiming there was a signed contract. There was no signed contract between the Jaffe 4 Congress Campaign and Mr. Ford. No written contract has ever existed.” -Stephen Jaffe 4 Congress Campaign

Not only has Brandon Nelson AKA Don Ford sabotaged progressives campaigns, he’s conned many in the movement out of money for a film. This film still collects money to this day.

I would reach out to Matthew Killen who would tell me that they interviewed over 130 progressives in over 30 states and over collected 20,000 dollars. However, the film doesn’t exist and only the trailer and a few clips remain of an unfinished project that will likely never be finished.

Progressive Stephanie Myers ran for district 93 in South Florida. She hired Don Ford as her campaign manager was leaving. She said she seen immediately that Ford’s behavior was not that of a progressive. Ford was condescending, manipulative and extremely controlling over her campaign. Myers showed Ford concern that a coup was happening in her campaign. Ford responded “bullshit, fucking bullshit”. Ford would show a lot of aggression towards Myers. Myers would fire him and pay him to leave. Myers would later drop out of the District 93 race.

Niko House and Tim Canova would discuss Don Ford and mentioned that he blew up a South Florida State legislator and that Ford was outraged that Tim Canova went Independent. Niko House would address the lies that Ford told such as Niko was being paid by Republicans. Ford claimed he brokered an agreement that the DNC would remain neutral in Tim Canova’s race with Debbie Wasserman Schultz. A claim was heavily untrue.

In the fall of 2018, Our Revolution revoked their affiliation to Brandon Nelson. Will have more updates as the story progresses.
