The thing about automation is it should be a tool to enhance the interaction with a person, not replace it.

There are a handful of brands that use automation to increase their interactions with customers by being available for assistance, providing relevant, targeted information, and making the overall user experience pleasant and seamless. Look at Casper, Harry’s, and Intercom.

Dont let a segment of individuals on Twitter get you down. As with any technology, there will be people that abuse it.
