Lebeiko Health is a Health and Wellness Blog that approaches these issues at the most fundamental level. I will show you how proper nutrition, exercise, and mental practices will allow YOU to accomplish your target goals and, more importantly, live HAPPILY while doing so.
So Who Am I, Anyway?
My name is Brandon Lebeiko, and I founded Lebeiko Health to help others live a life of fulfillment and happiness.

Now, I know what you’re thinking:
Wow, this guy looks young. What the heck does he know what he’s talking about?
While I am pretty young (21 in fact!), I have a lot of mastery on the subject — and I want to use it to help YOU succeed.
So… A little about myself:
I have been into my own personal fitness for years now (since I was about 16 actually). And when I say into — I mean I’ve been researching the subject since I was 16. I used to sit in my room and google what was happening in my body at the biochemical level when I made changes to my diet or exercise routine. Now that’s a quite bit of research!
I am currently entering my senior year at San Diego State University, majoring in biology.
Until a recent few months ago, I was a pre-med — that’s right, I was a straight A student (and still am!) getting ready to take the MCAT and start those med school apps. But, I recently discovered that that life wouldn’t have been for me.
Don’t get me wrong. Medicine is an awesome field, which is why I was VERY passionate about going into it. But I realized that I personally would rather spend my twenties traveling. Or doing things I like. NOT going through more exams, interning, rotations, residency, etc.
Well, that left me in a bit of a situation: what am I going to do with my life now?
So, I figured that I have all this awesome knowledge on this subject. And I didn’t work my ass off for an A in TWO semesters of organic chemistry for nothing, right?
Right.
And that’s when I realized that I could still affect the lives of many people, without needing to become a doctor.
And that’s the birth of my blog, Lebeiko Health!
So What’s So Great About My Blog?
It’s a serious question though. I mean you can Google search anything you want to know and find it. And what’s in it for you by reading my blog, anyway?
Here’s the thing.
All I’ve ever wanted to do was help people. I’ve wanted to make a difference. And I realized that I can do that by reaching a much larger amount of people online than I ever could in person.
So my blog is here to help you.
I provide you with the best tips, habits, and routines backed up by scientific research. I provide FACTS that will help you live more successfully and happily than ever.
And everything that I share with you is REAL. Because let’s face it. Google “how to lose weight fast.” You’ll see a bunch of workouts and diets promising a “flat stomach in one week!”
Sorry everyone, but none of that actually works. There is nothing you can do to target fat loss in any specific region of your body. Especially in a ridiculous time frame like that.
If you want to reach your goals, you need dedication and persistence, and you need to know what you’re doing.
My blog is here to show you how to get the results you want. Efficiently.
You will know what you’re doing by reading my blog. I’m not just going to tell you what to do, but why you are doing it. Why it works. And by knowing the why, you will be able to build your own regimen specific to your needs.
Now, is it possible to lose weight at a very fast pace? Well, yes. But it’s very bad for you. It crashes your metabolism — the reason people gain all that weight back after coming off of an intense diet. And it takes months and months to get your metabolism back up to its normal rate.
And I’m here to give you valuable knowledge like this.
Another great thing about my blog is that I break everything down to the most fundamental level: your biology.
I also implement teachings of positive psychology, also known as positive thinking. I discovered positive psychology only recently and it has changed my life!
Everyone only looks at the big picture. But listen: to be successful in all aspects, you want your body and mind to be running at its most optimal level.
And I’m going to show you how to do that.
My blog contains four main categories of info to help you achieve your goals:
- Nutrition — to hack your biology by feeding it the right things
- Fitness — to hack your biology through exercises such as weightlifting and cardio
- Mental Health — to hack your mind by controlling your thoughts. Your subconscious mind will be working for you rather than against you. And you’ll manage stress and control your emotions.
- Personal Success — for motivation, tips, and habits to set you up to succeed in all aspects of your life
This way, your energy levels will be high and your stress levels will be low. This allows you to think and perform at your sharpest. You will also no longer waste time or energy worrying.
So what are you waiting for? Are you waiting for the long week to be over before you get back to the gym? Are you waiting for your energy levels to rise before you start investing in your diet and nutrition? Are you going to wait until things go your way before you start practicing good mental health habits?
