Great question Lulu… to me transparency is about building a culture where failures are accepted, learned from, and shared, but all in the context of a never give up journey towards success. “the face” is about how you build that culture, by responding to unexpected adversity with action, poise and confidence, traits that will inspire and rub off on your team.
Eric you are correct as I re-read this. I really did mean exponential though.
For Speed: More accurate would have been that “the rate of innovation is increasing with every time interval” as opposed “to there is more innovation in each time interval than the last”.
