When it comes to getting new clients, if you do the same things that everyone else is doing in your market segment, how are your results going to be any different from anyone else’s… the answer is… they’re not going to be.
You know what this type of behavior is called… it’s called insanity, and unfortunately it happens in business every single day. Don’t let your company fall into this mindset because it will not lead you to the place you’re looking to go.
GETTING NEW CLIENTS
In terms of getting new clients, the three easy steps you can take are listed below.
- Be unique with what you offer
- Be different with what you offer
- Be genuine with what you offer
It’s pretty self explanatory here, but in case you’re interested in taking a deeper dive into each of the individual steps, I’ve included a bit more detail into each one in the paragraphs below.
Be the only one in your field doing something a certain way, and pave the road that everyone else follows. Typically when something is unique, a higher value is given to it, so if you can position yourself as being unique, you know what that means… most likely more money for you.
Do things differently and show people how what you provide is really going to make a difference in their life or business.
Being genuine is at the top of my list… without that, you really have nothing. Be who you are in real life with your clients, and just be naturally genuine. If you’re not, your “BS” is ultimately going to rise to the surface and everything you took the time to build, is going to get ruined.
