TL;DR: Whining won’t help. For things to change, you gotta change. Better business models, teams and pitches will shift the needle. Nothing else.
I’m sorry but I struggle with your identity-based premise. To me, it smacks of sour grapes from someone who believes he is discriminated against by not having the ‘right’ identity. People don’t invest in ‘identities,’ they invest in people and business plans and potential. I encourage you to look deeper than identity of founders being funded.
If you believe in this strongly enough, perhaps you could work with other-identity founders to improve the quality of their startups and pitches and increase the flow of presentations to VCs. Then you might start to shift the needle on your perceived identity bias.
