Visually the SVG file is just fine, looks exactly as the one in Sketch, the problem is the actual SVG code which is very different.

Here’s a more concrete example of our polar bear icon.

You can see that the difference is quite significative from just Figma to Sketch and have in mind that the base icon in Figma is as simple as it could be:

So it’s probably something related with the vector networks or just the way they treat the vector files in general inside Figma.

Either way it’s something that adds friction to our process and the main reason why we didn’t make the switch yet. I’m sure it will eventually be improved but until then we’ll probably have to stick with Sketch.
