Lachlan Buchanan is an Australian actor. He was born on April 25, 1987, in Maleny, Queensland, Australia. He started off by performing in school productions. He also likes to surf in his free time. Lachlan started off in a Movie called “All My Friends are Leaving Brisbane.” He was in a movie called “Newcastle.” About Surfers. he was in the 3rd series of “Blue Water High.” A show where kids attend a surfing school and compete in competitions. He Portrayed Charley Prince.

Lachlan moved to the United States in 2010 and has resided here since. In the last decade of Lachlan being in the U.S.A, he has landed several guest star roles, Including NCIS, NCIS: LA, Dynasty, and Jessie. He has also landed a Series regular role in the CMT series “Working Class.” In 2011, which only went for one season. He Was in a low-budget film called “Muck.” In the movie he portrayed Troit.

In March 2020, Lachlan Started his Recurring role as Emmett Dixon on the ABC network original spinoff of Grey’s Anatomy “Station 19.” In this show, He was the son of the ex-fire chief of the Seattle Fire Department. The night before his first shift at SFD Station 19, Emmett goes out and Meets Fellow Firefighter Travis Montgomery. The opening scene of Lachlan’s first episode is of Travis in the shower, and Emmett coming into the shower, and they start making out.

As the shift is starting, Chief Micheal Dixon walks in with Emmett and Introduces Emmett to everyone. Travis is in shock because Emmett didn’t tell him he was a Firefighter. Which, technically Emmett wasn’t. Because he did not pause the written part of the exam. He only became a Firefighter to make his dad happy. Emmett was an Art History Major before joining the Fire Academy.

Tremmett Had a rocky beginning in Season 3. With a Few fights here and there, and a few surprises. (Not Spoiling). At the end of Season 3, They stop talking for a bit. Then in Season 4, they continue as friends, then in the Season 4 Finale, They made up. Tremmett are officially a couple in Season 5. (Watch Station 19 on ABC at 8 pm on Thursdays, and catch up anytime on HULU.)

Lachlan has appeared regularly in Season 5A of Station 19. He was only absent for 2 episodes in 5A, as there are only 8 episodes. We hope to see him more in Season 5B, as he is in Travis’s life now. Also, In Season 5, he works as a “Civilian Assistant.” with the SFD.

On May 8, 2020. Lachlan Guest starred in Season 3 Episode 20 of The CW original series “Dynasty.” In The show, he Portrayed a $tripper named Scorpio, whose real name is Ryan. He was in the Season Finale of S3, as it was cut short 2 episodes because of the Coronavirus pandemic that took over the world. He was in Season 4 Episodes 1,2,4,6 and 10. In Dynasty he Was married to Samuel Jones. You’d have to watch the episodes to get the explanation. Netflix has all 4 current seasons.
