You can love your body.

You can love your body at its highest weight.

You can love your body at its lowest weight.

You can love your body, even when the world judges you for how it looks.

You can love you body when you’re sick.

You can love your body and still want to pursue wellness.

You can love your body when you don’t exercise for a week.

You can love your body when you have pains from overeating.

You can love your body and be healthy.

You can love your body and be unhealthy.

You can love your body when you’re hungry.

You can love your body when you crave sweets.

You can love your body when you eat French fries.

You can love your body and choose to not compare it to others.

You can love your body regardless of the number on the scale.

You can love your body when it no longer fits into the pre-pregnancy jeans.

You can love your body when it aches.

You can love your body when you’re tired.

You can love your body before you feel like it.

You can love your body before you’ve “made it.”

You can love your body no matter what they think.

You can love your body when your doctor tells you you’re doing it all wrong.

You can love your body when you have cellulite.

You can love your body by honoring its needs.

You can love your body by starting with the affirmation “I have a body.”

You can love your body for its ability to carry you from point A to point B.

You can love your body for the eyelashes that keep sweat and dirt out of your eyeballs.

You can love your body for your arms that hug.

You can, if you want to, but you don’t have to. It’s up to you.

You can love your body.
