Your Breath Experience in 5 Minutes
How to experience your natural Breath Movement in an easy 5-minute exercise:
Preparation
- Take a stool or chair with a flat, best wooden surface. Your legs should be in a 90-degree position
- Wear comfortable cloth and a pair of warm socks. No belts, nothing restricting your body in movement
- The floor and the room temperature should be just right
Start your session
- Stand up and stretch your body in all directions. Very gentle, very smooth. Try sensing your skin while stretching. This is no sport, so start at the lowest possible degree of stretching — Just at the level where you begin to sense your skin being stretched — There you are right.
- Stretch your skin in all directions that come automatically from your inner impulse. Let go, just experiment, and do not force anything. Every stretching movement is correct, as long as it comes from the inside. Do this for 1–3 minutes and then sit down.
