This is an excellent book for those of us who have too much stress in our life. The authors know their topic and the book is full of good advice.We all need to hone in on the balance in our lives. This is a great book for people who suffer with stress. The different categories of viewing stress is very helpful. A great book. I love how direct and straight to the point the book was. A lot of the tips are pretty common familiar techniques but told in such refreshing and enlightening ways. I personally adore what Dr. Oz does for people, so that was just icing on the cake.
