When they tell me to choose, I know I am not free. Freedom becomes a fallacy when choices are given. It encapsulates your thinking and hability to problem solve forcing you to miss the most fundamental questions such as “ why do I need to make a choice?” or why should those be the only choices or options to be considered ?”.

I know I deviated from your topic I just had to share since your underlying topic is the moral trap and I see freedom and choices as moral traps at times as well.
