My life is better having read this. As somebody who teaches other people how to be productive, I think the idea of getting sh*t done gets confused with ‘balance,’ even by me. Balance, for my family, is more about keeping the scale from flipping over and killing us all than it is about keeping all sides equal. I like the analogy of juggling far more than a scale, especially when there’s kids involved. Great writing, Jenn. :)
