This is a nice article on the value of work and benefits of having a determined work ethic. I would however challenge Marissa Mayer being a role model for business. Her performance as CEO has been average or below average. She tries to be a trend setter but really has driven down the value of Yahoo! with worthless takeovers and largely unnecessary in-office expenditures.
