Let us see: Unnecessarily discharging a fireman. Grabbing the kid the way in which he did. Not using what should be better crowd control as a trained officer of law. One who is tasked with protecting the public, not endangering it. Clearly invoking the situation with his own behavior. And the list could go on and on.
And going by the fact that as of now, he has been placed on administrative leave (which since he was off duty at the time, he would not automatically be subject to this discipline) and is facing possible criminal charges, I am not the only one who this way. At least to some degree. Along with the fact that the majority of the charges have already been dropped against most of the bystanders.
When you are sworn officer of our country and it’s laws, we the people have the right to not only expect better, but demand it.
