My question is this. Do you think the idea of putting on a performance has only begun when social media was created?

I don’t think so. I think performing our best has remained a characteristic among the society we have put ourselves in. That being said, I can’t seem to find any other argument to think that social media is the ONLY place we are always looking to perform better, because well, it seems to be natural to us.

Which then it brings into question, if we are not being ourselves while performing our best, who are we truly?

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
