· Gather and prepare the required documents. These documents are:
o Completely filled main application form

o Identification documents of applicants and attached individuals
o Family documents (showing marriage and relationship evidence with children)
o Evidence for English language competency (mostly IELTS score)

o Proof of nomination for job from the Australian employer

Visa 190
Visa 190 is a permanent residence work visa for skilled workers who have invited to apply for the visa by a state or territory government in Australia. It is also known as State Sponsored Visa. Before applying for this visa, take a look at the 190 visa checklist for the requirements.
· First of all, you have to send an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the state or territory government expressing your request for a job there. If the officials accept it only then you can proceed.
· Now while applying for the visa you have to check whether you pass the Points test with a minimum of 60 points. After that, you can apply for the visa.
· The documents are almost the same as those required for Visa 186
