Right on, maybe I’m just getting tripped up by the usages of “pro black”. I see 3 usages now:

  1. a counter to racism
  2. a proponent of black supremacy (black is the superior race)
  3. the promotion or appreciation of black “stuff” (arts, culture, heritage, etc)

Of course it is not a black person’s duty to be apologetic about being oppressed, that’s ridiculous. I think from a purely logical stance, usage 1 becomes contradictory if we also allow usage 2 — because there is no equality if one race is supreme. My initial response was merely trying to convey that usage 3 is a much more effective way of causing usage 1.
