Dogs Are Truly Man’s Best Friend
My friends, Steve and Whitney’s relationship with their two dogs is a special one.
It all started a little over 4 years ago when my friends Steve and Whitney went to a dog kill shelter in a small town about 45 minutes away from where they used to live. They were on the lookout for the dog they saw an ad for that was posted online.
When they got to the dog kill shelter the employees there told them that the dog they wanted was not there but they could “pick another dog”.
And so my friends wandered around the farm not really knowing what dog they wanted.
It was a little overwhelming, to say the least.
So many dogs…
So much noise and chaos…
The majority of the dogs were barking and running back and forth. They desperately wanted to get picked.
Even dogs can get a feel for the situation they are in.
