Great post! Rights and Legal Remedies — We each should take responsibility, not delegate it to banks and governments or at least make it voluntary. Black Markets & Undergrounds — the price of freedom. Big Brother — this is why I have been backing away from blockchains in general and even Bitcoin. Why are almost all governments accepting Bitcoin now? I would trust it more if all governments opposed it, but not accept it. I predict governments will say ok with cryptocurrencies but will require IDs to be attached to each transaction such as a bank account thus eliminating anonymity in the name of the Bank Secrecy Act of 1970 (KYC / AML) and the Patriot Act, or whatever they can come up with to scare the population into accepting. Perhaps it’s time to ditch money and turn to gifting. The great lock down is slowly unfolding.
