There’s a point in life. Some call it, “No return” others “no regrets.” I call it something else.

I call this point, “the hell with it, why not.”

When you reach a point in your life, like I have, especially lately. You understand that you have to go all the way. You can’t stop, you must keep going. If for nothing else than to do it.

Recently, I started as a Beachbody coach. I thought I’ve been around fitness my entire life(my biological dad used to bodybuild), I know a lot about this stuff.

All of this is true, but what I haven’t done yet is learn to spread the word about it.

Sure, there’s Facebook and Instagram. The latter something that I’d only started in the last week, but have had great success.

What I’m saying is this, “If you don’t try and work your ass off, you won’t know how far you can go.” This is true in life as well as with being a Beachbody coach.

Here’s what I learned so far: You absolutely have to work. There are people you know who would be great at being a coach, but you’re afraid of asking them, either for one reason or another.

Another thing, the workouts, they kick your ass. They are no joke, balls to the wall hard.

My wife and I have been doing the 21-Day Fix, and yeah, we’ve been sore.

The nutrition drink, Shakeology, it’s the most amazing product I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried just about everything out there. From Met-RX to EAS, 360Cut and a bunch of others that are too numerous to name, this stuff doesn’t upset my stomach, like the others and I feel better throughout the day.

I won’t preach, but this is good stuff.
