I totally did most of these, or variations, a few weeks ago, then found this post. Great list! So far changing my Notifications settings has had the greatest impact, but moving my phone to the other side of the bedroom has also had impact. Now I wake up, and get up. No ambiguity, even if the bed is nice and warm and it’s still dark outside.
